Siemens Manufacturing Company is prepared to
provide your RoHS compliant assemblies.
Siemens tracks RoHS compliant inventory
as it is received. Every lot of parts is
clearly labeled and records are maintained indicating if it is RoHS
Compliant or not. This allows us to automate the RoHS kitting
process. Our inventory kitting system will
not allow us to kit parts containing lead to an assembly that is listed
as lead free.
Our SMT processes have been validated by an
outside testing laboratory and we are producing lead free product. Siemens Mfg. Co. is committed to meeting our
customers’ RoHS requirements.
This commitment to produce lead free
products also takes an effort on the part of our customers. Many suppliers are providing new part numbers
for their lead free components. Siemens has the ability to review your
bill of materials to determine which parts are RoHS compliant. We are
prepared to work with your engineering department to achieve a RoHS
compliant bill of material.
